If you working on your CLE hours for 2022, remember providers have 30 days to report hours to the Commission. Just make sure the hours are completed in 2022 to avoid penalties. Reporting can come later.

Attorneys who passed the July bar (Congrats!) and are now licensed in Tennessee do not have a TN CLE obligation for 2022. Plus, you will receive full 2023 credits for passing the 2022 bar exam.

Attorneys who can claim an exemption may do so only after Annual Report statements are sent in February.

The Commission is starting to send Progress Reports for 2022 TN CLE compliance. Attorneys have until December 31, 2022 to earn 15 hours of CLE (3 ethics/12 general).
