@Hobbycraft Delivery service from Envri !!!!!! 😡 two parcels missing now and £105 down to still have now products!!! Customer services answer - we’ll send you a ‘partial’ refund - as an e-voucher 🤯🤯🤯😤😤😤😤😤😤

[Tina Whitehead @TNJM]

@Hobbycraft Is there really any point when I have already spoken to two people in CC this week & they both said there isn’t anything they can do until the parcel company respond to their query form - the first one was sent 48hrs ago and the 2nd one this morning- no replies as yet 😡

[Tina Whitehead @TNJM]

@Hobbycraft_Help ABSOLUTELY fuming!!! Delivery company is diabolical- but come on Hobbycraft management!!!! Why have you not used your nogging & already set up another form of delivery service!!! 2 orders missing now. 😡Lost all faith in you now- going elsewhere!!!

Pussyfooting around these kids isn’t the answer- that’s why we have so many selfish & disrespectful people on the streets these days! Let them experience what it feels like to be bullied I say! When we were kids you’re big bro or sis would do the same. Go mum 👍
