@KrakenSupport Thank you for releasing the funds. ✅ However, I want to be transparent: it took a formal written complaint, a public post, and 7 days of silence before anything moved. I hope this was an exception and not the standard. I'm willing to continue using Kraken – but this experience should not happen to any customer. 🙏
