The teams eat each other’s best with higher contracts, creating this spiral. Capping football ops (number of coaches, scouts etc) creates shortage of quality scouting and coaching efforts.

Sadly today we mourn the loss of former teammate Bill Graham. The Offensive Lineman played for the Argos between 1959-1961. Bill also played for the @calstampeders & @BCLions. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends. RIP. @TorontoArgos @cflaa
