Over 5 and a hours it took us from Alton to get to the London Stadium to see Take That in concert yesterday, thanks to @SW_Help being completely incompetent dealing and helping their passengers. We missed both opening acts and Take That opening their show. 😡😡😡

@SW_Help absolutely rubbish. You promised us a driver was on its way to Aldershot to get the train to London and your staff continually said this. To keep us waiting nearly an hour and a half, absolutely disgusting treatment of your customers. Then you cancel the train altogether

Going to miss a huge chunk of the Take That concert at the London Stadium thanks to the absolutely useless @SW_Help @SWRRLY Still stuck in Aldershot. And got to get a tube which will take at least 30 minutes from Waterloo, that’s if we ever leave Aldershot. 😡😡😡

Absolutely disgusting treatment of passengers on @SW_Help @SWRRLY Left Alton at 3.30pm to London Waterloo. Stuck at Bentley because of a fire at Farnham station. Managed to get to Aldershot and have been waiting on the train for over an hour for a driver. Nearly 3 hrs 😡
