Since 1st June I have been ringing @cdcofficialpk multiple times from ISB having an average wait of 15 minutes. Today after 5 attempts the operator responded and when I asked him to connect me to RTO he rudely told me to call after 2:30 pm as it's lunch time. So much for CS!

@najam_ali Every govt department is the same. The whole system is rotten and every govt officer wants a share according to his position. A tax tribunal gave a decision in favour of my sister's school and the clerk now wants money to deliver the judgement. He was calling it mithai!
