Doesn't matter if he's jobless, penny less, homeless, depressed or dying. He has to pay

BUT

A woman isn't sent to Jail if she doesn't fulfil any marital obligation. Even if she is adulterous, left kids & husband to go with lover , wants to do nothing with husband or his parents. Nothing

Socially there are still a lot of expectations from women & they're burdened with a lot of responsibilities.

But legally, things have become totally opposite. All the legal responsibilities are only on MEN.

Can the West kill Osama Bin Laden? Yes.

Can India kill Hardeep Singh Nijjar? No.

Why? Because the West is the arbiter of who is a terrorist and who is not. And OBL ≠ Nijjar.

When the West talks of the "War on Terror", they mean terrorists that inconvenience white people. Those are "real terrorists" that need to be dealt with. The deaths of people in the third world don't matter as much.

Which is why the West can engage Pakistan freely, or take down anyone they want in Iran. But terrorists living in Canada and funding deaths of Indian politicians and civilians will be defended as "activists".

Grievances from poor countries in Asia or Africa simply do not have the same value.

It's not hypocrisy, it's hierarchy.
