Even without knowing the contents of the sealed exhibit, the decision to overturn is very weak. She acquitted because she thought the evidence was all circumstantial. That’s not uncommon in a fraud case.

@BrickmanInGA @mjfree I think folks would be surprised how common it is. I’ve been an election judge for a decade. A lot of folks spend 30 seconds or less on the ballot. I’m assuming they are only voting the top of the ticket, though I could be wrong. This is especially common with younger voters.
