Those western politicians who have Double standards and hypocrisy undermine fairness and integrity in society, perpetuating inequality and eroding trust. They reveal a glaring inconsistency to apply principles and values.

Doctors, paramedics, nurses, fire services, etc. are all underpaid and deeply demoralised. The government does not have money to pay them. Meanwhile, billions are being pumped into proxy battles worldwide.

Broken NHS
Having just moved out of a free NHS (after almost 25 years), to a fully paid, insured health system, I have some observations.
The free at the point of delivery was a path breaking model in a deeply socialist world of the 1940s. For long, it has done a great job 1/4

For the limited resources of the NHS, a free at the point of delivery service is well outdated. But whoever introduces the charges can kiss their political careers goodbye. Their voters want the best service without paying a penny 6/6

A&E visits. An average patient sees the GP 7 times a year.
There are over 100 million outpatient clinics appointments per year.
In total, there were an estimated 564 million patient contacts with GP, community, mental health, hospital, NHS 111, and ambulance services 3/4

The means tested National insurance means only a small percentage of people pay. And these are probably the healthier populations who use less health care. The government has then got to top up the deficits.

In a year, there are over 300 million GP visits and over 25 million 2/4

Can't get it out of my head that Europe cried about a 'migrant crisis' in 2015 against 1.4m refugees fleeing war in Syria and yet quickly absorbed some 2m Ukrainians within days, complete with flags and piano music.

Europe never had a migrant crisis. It has a racism crisis.
