There isn't one sex trait that happens to be binary, but also all of the downstream effects stemming from that trait. Men and women share over 98% of their DNA, but what's contained in that remainder is an insurmountable difference between the sexes.

@Jeff_Crawdaddy @scarlettzone The Datsun B210 Hatchback we had was our family car for years. We drove it cross-country, and briefly raced a Mustang up the highway from Phoenix to Las Vegas once. (It topped out at 120...the Mustang didn't. LOL) It was amazingly reliable for over 100,000 miles. Great car.
