Yes, it’s cheaper to build yourself but you would only be saving yourself, 20-30% of the total cost. Remember, you’ll pay for your time aswell.
Contrary to what people think contractors don’t make ridiculous profits on projects, we have workers to pay and we are providing warranty on your house for 2/3 years. (Depends on the contractor policy)
Tell me if the 20% a contractor is making is not worth the peace of mind, time saving and expertise they provide?
