@ClaireBLang In F1 they make key staff sit out for a certain amount of time. Sometimes the outgoing team pays the staff member to sit at home, most of the time the new team pays. Feels like JGR didn't have strong enough contract language, or they were so bad to Gabehart that he doesn't care.
@RealRonHoward@UnitedCanucks26 I to believe in non-slanderous, non-threatening freedom of speech... but if you didn't vote... your opinion means a lot less to me.
@CogitoInGa@RamminIsRacing You really think NASCARs problem is that the series and the sponsors want their drivers to be decent human beings? That's both sad and comical.
@danieldye43 is out @KauligRacing and the big take away is @NASCAR fans don't understand how sponsorships work. The bar is so low for drivers. Don't make your sponsors question whether they want to write the next check. In simpler terms. Don't be a jerk.
@GabrielleADiet1@RamminIsRacing In professional sports -- age is no excuse. Sponsors don't care how old you are... when you wear their logo and make them look bad you don't get three strikes. The expectations are clear. Don't do anything to make question whether they want to write the next check. It's a low bar
You have to think all endurance series are going to start looking at the F1 calendar to avoid conflicts as often as possible. NLS rescheduled a race to accomadate @Max33Verstappen - great move. https://t.co/A2Du0CKqP1
I Know I made some not very well thought out decisions when I was 25. I can only imagine how overwhelming it was to be dealing with multi-million dollar decisions without good mentors and advisors. A class move and well thought out response.
