@garrydcollier@TSBfails@TSB Best thing I ever did was switching to First Direct when TSB had their IT meltdown first time round. Can't believe people are still having issues. Shocking! You certainly won't have any dramas once your switch is complete with First Direct 👍
Hi @TSB - I made a complaint with yourselves back in September. I still haven’t had a resolution. Instead of going to FOS, I wondered if you could close the complaint as unresolved, as I’ve decided I am going to go to a bank with better service. Thanks
@LaCapelle @MartinSLewis Can I ask why you are still with @tsb? There are so many other banks and switching is effortless, there is no reason to put up with such consistently poor service
@MartinSLewis just had frightening call with TSB bank. Since their April computer glitch some account have reverted to old address info. In my case a 20 year old address. Someone has been getting all my info for past 6months.
@tsb@TSBfails once again the excuses and lies continue. Last week promised to remove charges, yet they are still there. Today I get passed around to find I have a case reference number but no named Caseworker as the ombudsman are involved?? Words fail me
