Just over 3 weeks after Cyclone Chido, basic services such as access to water and electricity remain limited. TSF teams have bee providing emergency communications in the hardest-hit areas most deprived communities in the North & West areas.

These operations include work in some of the most deprived neighborhoods, or bidonvilles, where basic services are severely lacking. Alongside other NGOs, TSF is helping bring connection and hope to vulnerable communities.

After such a traumatic experience, free Wi-Fi open to all provides significant psychological support for those affected. TSF is carrying out mobile connectivity operations in disaster-stricken communities on the north and north-west coasts of the island for 200 persons / day.
