One year ago, we tragically lost a fearless patriot. A champion for freedom and for our country.
Charlie Kirk changed the course of American history. His courage, conviction, and love of country will never be forgotten. ❤️
"Well done, good and faithful servant"
One year ago today, Charlie Kirk was assassinated.
He became an American martyr.
Charlie was murdered by the Dark for showing people the Light.
Political violence must be rejected.
We must continue to fight for the future of America… For Charlie.
September 10, 2025, changed America’s history forever.
One year ago, our founder, our leader, and our friend, Charlie Kirk, was assassinated while doing what he had devoted his life to: standing before young Americans and challenging them to think, to speak, and to have the courage to stand for what they believe.
There are no words that can adequately describe what this past year has been like.
We have had to learn how to carry on without the person who was at the center of everything we do. We have celebrated milestones that Charlie should have been here to celebrate. We have stood on stages where his voice should have been heard. We have watched his children grow without their father there to see it. And we have felt the weight of his absence in ways that never seem to get easier.
For the people who knew and loved Charlie, September 10 will never simply be an anniversary. It is the day our lives were changed forever.
Today, our hearts are especially with Erika, Charlie’s children, the Kirk family, and the countless people who loved him. No organization, movement, or mission can replace what was taken from them. We will never forget the unimaginable loss they continue to carry.
But we also remember Charlie for how he lived.
Charlie’s faith was at the center of who he was. He believed deeply in God and trusted that his life was guided by a meaningful purpose. Charlie’s faith in Christ was his armor, which no assassin could overcome. He believed in life everlasting, and it was this unshakable faith that gave him a courage that was impossible to miss. He was willing to walk into difficult rooms, have uncomfortable conversations, and stand firmly for what he believed because he wanted others to know the hope and truth he had in Jesus. Charlie died a martyr for Christ.
Charlie believed America was worth fighting for, that young people could change the course of a nation, and that speech would only remain free if exercised. Always leading by example, he was fearless in the pursuit of truth—no matter the cost. No one taught this generation how to fight the good fight better than Charlie Kirk.
Turning Point shares those beliefs and will never abandon them. Charlie never gave up, and neither will we. Turning Point will continue to grow and meet milestones that Charlie dreamed of.
Today, we are not focused on the chapter numbers, the headlines, or the accomplishments. Today, we remember an incredible patriot, a husband, a father, and a man whose faith gave him the courage to spend his life serving a purpose he believed was bigger than himself.
We miss him.
We grieve him.
And we will never forget him.
One year later, Turning Point remains committed to carrying forward the work Charlie began.
For Charlie. Always.

Additional air defenses are being sent to the Middle East, including more Patriot and THAAD missile-defense systems, WSJ reported, citing U.S. officials.
I’m going to try to put out an article tomorrow why the current U.S. administration has its eyes on Greenland.
What are the cost? what are the benefits? Why? Why should I care?
Why now?
California Republicans asked the U.S. Supreme Court to intervene in a bid to prevent the state from using a new congressional map designed to give the Democrats five more seats in the U.S. House of Representatives.
❤️ Gabriel Jesus on his celebration: “It’s very clear where I’m wearing this t-shirt. Jesus saved my life from the beginning, when I was born, I didn’t know it yet. Through the tough moments in my life, I realised we are nothing without Jesus, so I want to glorify his name”.
We are heartbroken by the tragic passing of Ethan McLeod at the age of 21.
Ethan joined @WolvesAcademy at seven-years-old and went on to sign professional terms at the club, before leaving in September 2024.
We are sending our thoughts and love to Ethan’s family, friends and everyone at Macclesfield.
Ethan’s younger brother Conor is currently in our under-21 squad and the whole club will be providing care and support to him and his family.
We will observe a minute’s silence at Saturday’s first-team fixture against Brentford, to remember and honour Ethan.

Waking up early will change your life. It will make you more productive.
The brain naturally associates darkness with rest, whilst light is associated with productivity, working. It is part of our evolutionary traits.
Maximising the amount of light, sunshine you see in your day will naturally force you to work more. Particularly in winter months.
Seasonal depression usually comes from prolonged exposure to this "rest" state. It will affect your productivity, and make your life more monotonous, and strip you off dopamine, leading to a more depressive state.
Low dopamine is associated with depression. So you must work to get bigger dopamine boosts. When you are consistently in this "prolonged rest" state, the things you associate with this state no longer bring the dopamine it should.
To achieve full productivity, you must force yourself to work, or do the uncomfortable. That way this "rest" state will feel less monotonous, and bring you gratitude.
For example, it is why if you come back from an 8 hour work shift, you just want to come home, have a cup of tea, and enjoy the football. Because it brings dopamine.
But imagine you don't work. You are at home everyday. You don't have that feeling to look forward to. This is the state people find themself in these dark months, their intution immediately shifts to wanting to doze off.
You know, it is not even a case of work. If you put yourself in uncomfortable situations, you will get more pleasure out of things you enjoy. Book a solo flight halfway across the world, come back home, and you will be grateful for your own bed, warm house, heating. Or being able to play on your Xbox again.
It is about routine. Waking up early enables a routine. It enables you to start with work, before the night and "rest mode" sets in. That way when it finally does, you will get bigger dopamine hits.
