Enjoyed sitting down with @phxchamber's @TSandersGPC last month to discuss topics including the investments @maricopacounty has made into improving our elections, why @maricopacounty is the best place to do business, and most importantly, my musical preferences. Tune into our conversation here: https://t.co/BR4A8xc5C2
Saddened to hear of the passing of former Speaker Jim Weiers. He was a decent man who put his state and his country before politics. He will be missed. Rest in peace my friend.
FAFSA was a critical piece that allowed me to go to college and attain my degree. Basically, I couldn’t agree more with the below from @AZRegents + @GovernorHobbs 👇🏻🇺🇸🤓
In light of this week’s sports news, I want to share a conversation with my friend @DHallDbacks about the economics of sports and the dynamic impact to our community.Worth a listen! Let's Talk Business Phoenix: Season 2 Ep.22 - Derrick Hall https://t.co/WU3ROsJbbX… via @YouTube
I’ve had the privilege of knowing @SenatorSinema from her early days as a legislator. What’s always set her apart is her intense focus on solving problems and eschewing traditional political norms. This made her a consequential force in American democracy. Thank you Senator…
Today was a big day for the Valley, as @GovernorHobbs & local leaders kicked off the campaign for Prop. 479, which would extend the dedicated half-cent sales tax for critical transportation & infra projects for another 20 yrs. Prop. 479 will go before voters in Nov. @MAGregion
Big kudos to @PHXSkyHarbor and @MayorGallego for bringing @airfrance to Phoenix for direct flights to Paris, France and just in time for the Summer Olympics! More options to Europe from Phoenix is a significant win for business and leisure travelers alike!
My state is in crisis while partisans in Washington fail to act – further destabilizing our border, risking the safety of our communities, and damaging our economy. This is not the time for political rhetoric.
Arizona deserves real solutions to our border crisis. 👇
The Chamber is saddened by the news of the passing of Sandra Day O'Connor earlier today. As the first woman appointed to the U.S. Supreme Court In 1981, her trailblazing contributions to the country's legal and justice system will undoubtedly impact generations to come.
Saddened to hear of the passing of Justice O’Connor. She was a trail blazer for women and consequential jurist whose influence will resonate for generations. A true loss for those of us in Arizona who had the opportunity to know her and to the nation she served so honorably.
