@bt_uk It’s been the worst customer experience ever. 10.5 months dealing with the same issue. They have told me they’ll call me back but that was a scheduled call that didn’t come / along with the previous 18 calls that I was meant to receive.. xx
@BTBusiness your service remains appalling - a lady called Vicki responded in my DM’s straight away when I commented last- and she hasn’t followed up since. When will you value your customer? As communication experts you’re sadly lacking
@BTBusiness your customer service is appalling. Dealing with a problem since the 9th May 2022 - finally get a scheduled call with a ‘senior’ manager - booked at 3pm yesterday, which NEVER came. I have never felt so undervalued as a customer.

@BritishGas I moved to you in sept. I have had trouble since, and still no one has fixed it. Today I find you’ve put a mark on my credit file - I’m applying for a mortgage - and you’ve screwed it up for me. I can’t get anyone to fix the problem, take my complaint or sort my credit file

It’s broken isn’t it ? We’ve broken what we do with food . Pears grow in the U.K. They could grow in our gardens . We could walk out and pick them , wipe them and eat them . No chemicals , no processing , no plastic , no planes , no sell by dates . Just fresh fruit . God help us
