More accurately it's "pan service", which also includes thorough cleanup and re-doing finish (brushing/polishing) of other surfaces. For all practical purposes, you get a brand new pan for 20 €.

@shiftf1podcast Gotta point out that Merc sure didn't plan or want to split the tire strategy. HAM lost the race because he had to start with softs. Remember Q2? Check BOT laptimes after HAM pitted and compare to HAM on hards once he got past midfield. HAM had no chance even without penalties.
