Today it’s #GlobalRunningDay. We suggest going for a run, probably as you did yesterday and will tomorrow. Just remember to adhere to government guidelines.

Runners & cyclists, please stop doing marathons and 100 mile bike rides. This is a lockdown and not an extended bank holiday. Keep activities shorter, easier and closer to home. If we don’t act sensibly, much tougher lockdown rules will be imposed.

Update: Race is scheduled to take place on time tomorrow. The risk of course flooding from the local river system is low, but there’ll be surface water on the roads and heavy rain. Please dress appropriately for the time that you are likely to be out on the course. Thanks
