After nearly a decade on @TXBizPJC crafting jury charges for Texas juries, I’ve somehow never been called for jury duty—until this morning!
Excited to experience firsthand how our jury-system works.⚖️
Grateful thanks to @TXBizPJC for this beautiful memento!
The decade I spent serving on the Business volume alongside some truly brilliant & tirelessly dedicated attorneys was an incredible privilege and honor!📘
Since 2011, I’ve been honored to serve on @TXBizPJC.
Was proud to lead efforts to craft PJCs on Casteel, preservation, broad form, 3d party beneficiary, unjust enrichment, money had & received, and trade secrets.
Very excited now to be appointed to the PJC Oversight committee!

That's not *as true* true in CA5. But 1/
Justice Bland served for many years on our committee with distinction.
We’re excited for @courthouse_mom to join #SCOTX alongside her former colleague on the Committee—our former Chair @BrettBusby!
