@SouthwestAir Not only was the staff rude and disrespectful, the flight attendants provided instructions and them told everyone to be quiet because the plane was too loud. The pilot never advised we were landing and we slammed into the runway by surprise. Scary situation this morning

Hey @SouthwestAir it would be real nice if you’re going to cancel a 3pm flight at 10am and force a reschedule to the 9pm flight….at least keep that one on time. Delayed until 10:33pm in Dallas with no apologies or explanation. Let’s hope these girls can compete at 8am at ESPN.

@SouthwestAir We did rebook. Twice. Delayed an hour and a half on the last flight out. Unfortunately sat next to a highly intoxicated woman who immediately ordered more drinks AFTER being told to throw her drink away if she wanted to board the plane. Worst experience ever.

Real nice of the lady at the gate telling us we don’t qualify as a family because my daughter is 12 but the 16yr old we traveled with was good to board under family boarding with her mom. #flight5001

Am I the only person not reading this as him downplaying the health of the player and actually understanding what he is truly questioning is why the NFL was “considering” postponing the game, as in why is it even something to think about? Poorly worded, but I understood it. 🤷🏽‍♀️

@SouthwestAir Unfortunately Caroline, that promo is for dates in Feb, March and April. It’s May we are looking for. Trust me, if I thought waiting u til the last minute was worth it, I would stay with Southwest all day. I can’t risk it. Why can’t flights be cheaper?
