@EduardoHagn I don’t even care what anyone thinks about this. If the gaffer thinks he upgrades us, I don’t care what Julian thinks either. If it requires dragging him to the Emirates, please drag him. If Arteta wants him, I’m eager to find out whyyy. As a fan, you should toooo
@tmd_peters@sowore@UBAGroup@TonyOElumelu I agree that accountability matters, but supporting someone through the aftermath isn’t the same as endorsing their behaviour. Turning an embarrassing situation into an opportunity for empathy and positive brand leadership would say more about UBA than winning an argument online
@tmd_peters@sowore@UBAGroup@TonyOElumelu If I were the Chairman, I’d pull her closer, hear her out, and see how UBA can support her through the online backlash. Leadership isn’t always about proving who was right, sometimes it’s about how you handle the aftermath.
@tmd_peters@sowore@UBAGroup@TonyOElumelu What I’m saying is the attention has certainly benefited the academy, whether it was intentional or not, the publicity is undeniable. My point is simply that UBA should acknowledge the positive visibility that came from it,
@nonewthing You can’t be sorry about that, it’s a fact you said. Leaving Maguire out of the squad is something I don’t understand. I hope the manager will proof me wrong tho
