Okay, I haven't played it live yet, but in theory and gold fishing I think I love Akiri/Malcolm. Protected Glint-Horn wins are great, classic cEDH intuition pile, and Akiri is sneaky good at pressuring life totals and blocking. #MTG#cedh
@Ilvaldi Avacyn definitely feels like the right track. The commander should definitely protect the rest of the deck. Sephara or Lena would be other picks of mine. You should also split the lands between Ravnica lands and Snow Lands to represent Metropolis and the Fortress of Solitude. π
@SaffronOlive No basics is a problem I feel isn't even unique to Arena. As a mono-color deck aficionado I'm flabbergasted. As a Mono-White player I secretly love it as I cast Path to Exile and Winds of Abandon
@ScrybabiesMTG@PWPMtG I feel like Godo or Yuriko should be given consideration. Godo is basically CEDH's burn deck. Easy to comprehend, but plenty of room for growth. And Yuriko is also fairly straightforward but you also learn about stack and timing, all well getting to play a Thassa's deck.
@ghirapurigears Fair, I think my question might have been colored by my feed algorithm. The last few tweets I've seen of yours were very heavy pro-battlecruiser (I too love Zetalpa), and then now this anti-Torment tweet π
