@TicketmasterCS the sound towers at Murrayfield meant we couldn't see Taylor on the screen last night - we would have had a better view from the restricted view seats! How can we escalate?

[Tracey @T_H_Lees]

@scottish_water has anyone reported what appears to be a leak on Clermiston Road, Edinburgh? Near junction with Hillview Terrace.

[Tracey @T_H_Lees]

@TicketmasterCS I am getting reminders about providing proof of disability documentation that I have already provided. I have now received a final reminder - can you please check you have received this?

[Tracey @T_H_Lees]

@FirstAberdeen would it be possible to put a temporary bus stop near the junction of Airyhall Avenue and Craigton Road for the duration of the route diversion of service 15please? Elderly residents are faced with a significant walk to the next nearest stop.

[Tracey @T_H_Lees]

@ScotRail Thank you! He also went above and beyond to assist an elderly lady who was travelling alone.

[Tracey @T_H_Lees]

@ScotRail bit of a drama travelling from Edinburgh to Inverness this morning when the train got cancelled from Perth. Big thanks to Geoff at Perth Station who was faced with 5 carriages of unhappy passengers. He did an amazing job and sorted our onward travel to Ullapool 👍

No @Pink gig in Scotland 😥 = mum/daughter trip to Vienna ✈️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇦🇹😎👍. See you tonight!

@RoyalMailHelp Thank you. I made 2 purchased and have managed to cancel one of the collections but get an error message when I try to cancel the other - are you able to cancel it for me?

[Tracey @T_H_Lees]

@RoyalMailHelp is it possible to cancel a collection after having purchased postage? If I drop the items at the Post Office will the collection be cancelled?

[Tracey @T_H_Lees]

@NHS_Lothian is there currently a problem with the patient ecomms system?

[Tracey @T_H_Lees]

@lucyfrog @RoyalMailHelp Thanks for asking this question - just checking Twitter to see if anyone else was having the same issue!

[Tracey @T_H_Lees]

Hi @marksandspencer - how do customers without smart phones access Sparks card offers now? My elderly mother has lost her card and has been told no replacement will be issued.

[Tracey @T_H_Lees]

@SoVeryBritish @scott_mills @BBCR1 🤣

[Tracey @T_H_Lees]

@AberdeenCC are there plans to deal with all the trees down in the small woods on Airyhall Avenue?

[Tracey @T_H_Lees]

@RoyalMailHelp have been trying to purchase postage with Click & Drop service for 2 days but keeps timing out at cardholder authentication - is there an issue with the system? PayPal payment didn't work either.

[Tracey @T_H_Lees]

@Ed_Leisure I have been trying to book a swimming session for my daughter but keep getting this error message - can you help please?

[Tracey @T_H_Lees]

@deaconbluemusic Gutted by this decision. Was really looking forward to the concert as you guys are the only band my husband and I agree on! However you're effectively asking your fans to choose between seeing you and having Christmas with their families 🥺. Concerts should be postponed.

[Tracey @T_H_Lees]

@CraigmountPA @_Tinderbox @CraigmountHS Such a fantastic opportunity for the kids! Thank you to everyone involved 🎶👏
