@sagelovebars Full body is more effective especially if you're not consistent on lifting 4-5 times a week. Or just a lower upper. I like spilts, But only hitting muscle group 1 maybe 2 times a week full body 3 to 4. I seen most my strength gains with full body. Longer workouts for sure tho

@sagelovebars I mean losing weight is definitely easier, but the fat dude will lose weight then have to build muscle or he'll just be skinny. The skinny guy will have more of a advantage to become muscular because he wont in a deficit. Even if the fat guy loses it slowly.
