This year, I interviewed 42 of the top women in Hollywood—showrunners, directors, editors, cinematographers, casting directors, writers and more—as part of @WWfilmchallenge’s virtual event series. Here’s what I learned (thread 🧵 for #FilmTwitter) 1/?
@WWfilmchallenge @amytalkington@lynnsheltonfilm Oh shit I can't believe that didn't cross my mind! What DID he do??? Maybe just buy some more cigarettes!
@WWfilmchallenge the twitter bomb during Katherine's stand up in @LateNightMovie is the most awkward moment EVER! And I love how relentless the camera is. @NishaGanatra

@AirbnbHelp I've already spoken to 4 customer service reps about it and they all promise they'll find a new place but the best they've found is $1000 more than our original booking and the four of us and a baby would have to share a bathroom with a stranger.
@Airbnb is there someone to talk to about rebooking a trip? My reservation got canceled with one day's notice and now everything left on the site is more than twice the price. I've been waiting to hear back from customer service for 5 hours. #airbnb
We just made 8 short films in 1 weekend—with entirely female casts & crews.
The Women's Weekend Film Challenge helps hundreds of female filmmakers grow their professional networks while making films with women behind and in front of the camera. https://t.co/QsBbT9YxGW @GDIGM
