the AI agent arms race between Base and Solana is coming to an end
Its not ending because a clear winner between those two has emerged, its ending because the view that those chains are the only options is changing
With @monad_xyz testnet imminent I believe this will fully alter the conversation and start an entirely new narrative about ai agents launched on monad
As an ai agent developer the key items required for a chain to base your ai agent on are high-performance, liquidity, and an active user-base. Based on the number of teams I’ve spoken to that are launching on monad, the excitement I’ve seen, and the potential of paralyzed EVM I think Monad has the best chance of pulling ai developer teams over in 2025
Watch the monad launch carefully to see AI agent teams integrate there. @Symp_Ai is positioning to be one of the first
yo @elonmusk
people figured out a loophole where if a link posted on a tweet expires, they can redirect it to a new link and it'll be updated on X.
this could potentially lead to a series of scams as evidenced by what happened with Trump's tweet from 2013 right now, it might be worth stopping this to protect people
Any DeFAi project without an advanced understanding of account abstraction based wallets (ERC4337) is ngmi
The aa wallet narrative was hot last year but has since lost mindshare, however this technology will be a necessity for agentic activity on chain
Here’s a quick summary of the problem, solution, and @Symp_AI's custody solution
Problem:
Many agents are currently using hot wallets to interact with DeFi. These are simple wallets connected to the internet that the agent has private keys to. These wallets are notoriously insecure, as they can be more easily reached by malware (my prediction of this cycles blackswan)
The typical solution of using a cold wallet also won’t work as agents won’t be manually confirming txns on a physical device
The solution:
ERC-4337 account abstraction based wallets. These wallets are based on smart contracts and can include customized functionality. Additionally, they support various signature methods which could include agents having a variety of ways to authenticate themselves (reduces the reliance on a single key)
With that said, the boilerplate ERC4337 standard alone will limit that agent's functionality
Our Solution:
Symphony has developed a custom (and already audited🙂) account abstraction based wallet designed for DeFi trading. This wallet allows agents to securely custody their assets and interact with Symphony’s execution network without ever having to manage the storage of a private key or turning the custody of their wallet over to anyone. They can authenticate themselves in a variety of methods (Twitter verification, etc.) and there can be built in policies for agents starting out in which the creators can help manage the wallet
There is no future for DeFAi without account abstraction wallets
The next winner in crypto will be a product that automatically moves your money across defi platforms to compound your capital as quickly + safely as possible.
Users can specify risk tolerance, AI can help find the best opportunities, and defi / Eth will be alive again
