TabPref™ is the professional and workforce management platform for the hospitality and service industry. We combine a social network with the tools teams use.
I wrote a country rock song called “Thank You for Your Interest.”
It came from opening one too many rejection emails that all sound the same.
“After careful consideration...”
“We’ve decided to move forward with other candidates...”
“We’ll keep your resume on file...”
The hard part is when the job description matches your experience, LinkedIn says you’d be a top candidate, your resume lines up, and even ChatGPT tells you the role makes sense.
Then you still do not make it past the first step.
For everyone looking for work right now, I hope this reminds you that you are not alone.
A rejection email does not define your value.
It does not erase your experience.
It does not mean you are not qualified.
It just means that one door did not open.
Keep going. Keep applying. Keep believing the right one is still out there.
This one is for every job seeker who has had to read “thank you for your interest” and then get up the next day and try again.

When a new AI model drops, most people immediately start using it like it is just a faster version of the old one.
I think that is the wrong approach.
When Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or any AI company releases a major update, you should treat it like onboarding a new teammate.
Ask it what changed.
Ask it what it does better now.
Ask it where it may behave differently.
Ask whether your saved context, tone, workflows, and preferences still apply cleanly.
Ask what new capabilities could conflict with how you were using the previous version.
The mistake is assuming “newer” means “same, but better.”
Sometimes it does.
Sometimes it means the model reasons differently, writes differently, follows instructions differently, or prioritizes different things than before.
If you use AI seriously, model updates should not just be exciting.
They should trigger a quick reset, review, and re-alignment.
The better you onboard the model, the better the model can work for you.

In the hospitality industry, building connections is crucial. With @tabPref, professionals can stay in touch with regulars & expand their network. Strengthen relationships, grow your career, & engage with patrons all in one place. The future of hospitality networking starts here.
Bashing @Replit for attention while looking like a Replit wrapper is a bold strategy. If anyone is copying anyone, it may not be who they think. Poking a bigger bear with a loyal team and community usually does not end well.

TabPref is now live in the App Store.
I quietly got approved last week, found a few minor bugs I missed in TestFlight, cleaned those up, and now it is ready. Android is coming in the next few weeks.
Big step for TabPref.
