@burnsieoriginal Eagle/Coleco had the NHL sponsorship but I loved the details on the old Munro games like this one. The player racks in the corners and the electric goal judge 👍🏼 Later they added the "shooting" goalie
I probably need to start with a better photo (grabbed this one online) but AI is a blast to create new modern looking players for games. Like all AI images they're a bit off but still pretty good.
Since 2003 the home team has played a white uniformed road team, the effect being every single game looks the same. @NHL I think it's well past time for a change @Fanatics@michaelrubin
@burnsieoriginal Minnesota and Colorado both currently have teams. Quebec has an decent shot of getting a new franchise, they already have a great arena in place. Unfortunately Hartford needs the most help, not likely ever getting another team
@burnsieoriginal Awesome! I have that one too. In the midst on a long long search for the green end shields and overhead scoreboard (and the box would be nice too!) Love the shooting goalies. 1961 H-28 #Munro
@oldhockeycards Yep! To my knowledge they had 2 versions, the only difference being one had the Ottawa Nationals, and the other had the Toronto Toros in its place.
One of my personal favorites: the hulking artistry of Gotham G-1600. One of the sturdiest games from the 60s topped off with one of the most fragile scoretowers ever produced. The striking Art Deco style box can't be beat #tablehockey#gotham#rodhockey
