@kennethaz @melissamcewen @chorizoandbeer Yeah even with VC there is basically no money in it for the restaurant. Just a convenient way to reduce waste. On reflection we could just offer guests a baguette to take home if we had extras at the end of the night. Maybe we should do that instead.

@kennethaz @melissamcewen @chorizoandbeer We are using it to give away extra baguettes and pretzel buns which would get tossed if no one wanted to take them home. The order can be canceled right up to the pick up time. It really is for leftovers. I can’t imagine that a whole lamb shank is typical.
