@dex_eve@APT_Jenny Russia used hypersonic weapons in Ukraine, was he referring to Kinzhal or Oreshnik? Kinzhal is not a true hypersonic. Oreshnik also not a hypersonic.
@sheehanj920@JohnSevenTwo Burmese here, I regularly talk to a drone team member in Southern/Karen front. They usually fly high to avoid small arms fire and jammers. He mentioned flying at 1000m. There is also a follow up video where you can clearly see AA droping bombs in that area.
@SydneyFreedberg@TrentTelenko I think they added a time fuze to the base of the shell. There were footage of Ukrainian drones dropping 122mm, 155mm shell a few months ago. The lit fuse can be seen burning as the shell fell onto Russian positions.
@SithPolska@Nrg8000 Junta is aggressively conscripting men in areas they control. It is estimated that they have conscripted about 70,000 men since 2023.
@guyelster I am frim Myanmar and this is the kind of news I love to read. The junta's air foce has been terror bombing civillians for years and we can't do anything about it.
@MSchroeder77 It is a new footage of a known event. It happened back in Jan 24. A junta's Mi-17 which was on a supply run was shot down by the Kachin Independence Army. Though no confirmation from KIA, we knew that it was shot down with a MANPADS. Unsurprisingly, everyone onboard didnt survive
During the battle for the town of Momauk, Myanmar junta lost two Chinese made Type 92 APC/IFVs. One was destroyed and another one captured intact. This is the first documented loss of Type 92 IFV in Myanmar.
Can anyone help us ID these debris? These debris were found in Lashio, during renewed offensive by the EAOs, resistance forces against the junta forces. We are leaning towards MLRS rocket boosters fired by the junta forces. But there are no fins, stabilisers seen on them.
The probelm is that these landed in civillian areas. Junta disinfo ops on social media are describing them as 107mm rocket debris fired by the resistance groups, basically blaming EAOs for any damage. Therefore, we would be thankful to anyone who can help us ID these debris.
Myanmar Junta's FPV drone downed, crashed probably in Loikaw. There are reports of junta troops using FPV drones occasionally. This is probably the first time a relatively intact drone was captured. The warhead looks like it is from standardised production.
