Slicing through the spin with a warm brew and a sly grin, I navigate the corridors of power with chill skepticism. They say the play originates at GameZeroโข๏ธ.
@MoneyHacks16@2147mill No, I mean the money coming into the companies that they use to calculate forward earnings, which then make them a desirable buy over other assets. Most things well beyond the average current multiple are probably part of a bubble.
@MoneyHacks16@2147mill Not sure where you think the money is coming from long term, people spend ยฃ10 a month on an AI subscription, maybe an AI car, maybe a robot eventually. And if it comes from corporations then redundances are the tradeoff, which means corporation tax rises for social security.
@2147mill Most of the actual AI money is coming from temporary mag7 capex spend, comsumers are spending very little, the rest will have to come from corporations making redundancies, then the government will have no choice except to raise corporation taxes to support people.
@BeardoTrader Doesn't seem particularly stable, people seem to be piling into a few momentum sectors with little regard for anthing, kind of feels like a pump and dump.
@asegpi Bro the more people put in stocks the less money there is to borrow so maybe they are going to want people to stay in cash to fund all this AI spend.
