@centregoals@Daily_Express The outstanding candidates here are Iraola and Glasner. Glasner is the number one for me as I believe the squad would suit a back 3 with wingbacks.
@RaeComm Is it possible for them to set up a supporter fan zone for those with a ticket, and then free rail transport to the stadium? No one can rely on uber at midnight to 2am, some supporters won’t have mobile service either.
@JohyanCruyff Arsenal could play him LW, however, this results in Rice covering LM in defence with Odegaard and Zubimendi covering CM in the 4-4-2 OOP structure. Rice could cover LM but would leave the centre of the pitch vulnerable. Therefore, I don’t think this signing would suit Arsenal
@RaeComm Wherever you are staying, public transport or free shuttles to the ground has to happen from the city centre. To expect minimum 3500 Scotland fans to travel 33 miles to the ground individually would be a nightmare. Give all fans with a ticket free public transport.
@OP4C The game is now based on vertical passing lanes. Genuinely frightening how few spurs are making. This isn’t due to the profiles of the players either, completely system based.
@now_arsenaI Love this lineup from a non-Arsenal fan. Will keep momentum going in the club, and gives opportunities to some players on the periphery of the starting 11. Especially Eze and Jesus. Excited to see MLS in the starting 11 as well as Ben White.
@DougieCritchley They’ve made mistakes for example Alvarez leaving. But you can’t scrutinise Trafford. No one thought Donnarumma would become available. Barmouth doesn’t play because of Foden, Doku and Cherki being in form. They are still one of the best run clubs in the world.
@NealGardner_ Used to not be the case. We all remember the City vs Liverpool games etc. I think now the margins are soo fine that everyone plays not to lose instead of play to win.
@TouchlineX Obviously Arsenal have a lot of talent in their squad and the ability for numerous outlets to score. However, the most goals in the team is Gyokeres and Trossard which is 21st in top scorers list. Whether you like it or not, you need a talisman, who will be that player?
@TouchlineX@indykaila If this is true, you 100% have to sell in the current FFP system. I do not expect United to finish in the CL spots, so this would be a must for movement in the summer. However, Bruno has been very good this season!
@nonewthing If Arsenal got Leao and then a top top number 9 then they would have a great attack. Issue still lies with the ST/CF scoring 20+ goals a season. PSG, Barcelona, Man City, Real Madrid, Liverpool all have a better attacking line up than Arsenal.
@CFCJnR Don’t think it was a mockery, but more that he didn’t need to cut back inside. He had an opportunity to cross with his stronger left foot with space between the defender and himself. He then cut into his weaker foot and probably made the angle for the cross worse.
@eurofootcom Still NEED this man in the Premier League and bring back Mourinho and Carlo. Get Enrique who is apparently leaving ag the end of the season. Get them to join Arteta and Pep, box office 🔥🔥
@MrDtAFC You’ve got 3 teams 9 points or less above you, a couple of decent results and the pressure is on them. Agree that signings have been an issue, however, you have to hope the next manager can bring some success
@TotalVilla_ I can’t see Bowen leaving London, especially wirh his family there. Can genuinely see him going to Spurs. I also don’t think Bowen fits the Villa system currently. He would not replace Watkins or Rodgers centrally. Maybe on a wing but there’s options in the market.
@FootyAccums Genuinely one of the most underrated managers, absolutely incredible! It’s obvious the players enjoy playing for him as well. Hope to see him as the Scotland manager one day when he decides to leave club football
@StokeyyG2 He did well with Burnley, exceptionally well. However, since his appointment at Everton he’s underperformed. Everton and Forest are not teams that just up, these are teams that should be pushing for top half or mid-table as a minimum.
@rajsinghchohan The squad is not a relegation squad. 3 decent enough CBs, Bowen, Wilson, Paqueta, Fernandes. The squad is definitely low in confidence, but there’s no excuse not to win in 10 games.
@arglc @JackArmyAgenda@CFCJnR@DougieCritchley That Man City team for that 3 year stretch was the best PL team in the modern era. The way they played, the possession, the number of goals and won the title against incredible Liverpool side. Was it not 198 points across two seasons?
@TouchlineX@samuelluckhurst The fans would get on Southgate’s back which is the reason he won’t take it. But he was top class for England. Always be careful what you wish for. Maybe a semi finals and finals aren’t bad at all!
