@MakibazSSB As a 30 year old retired smash player and also a person who works about 15hrs a day. The best I can tell you is to make sure you’re eating correctly and drinking plenty of water. It’s helped changed how i sleep and not drinking so many energy drinks. Melatonin helps but shouldn’t
