@DanielLutaaya @flyethiopian It's so sad to hear this. This same incident has happened to my Dad's trip from US to Addis with a different airlines a while back. Out of a million flights, a situation like this could happen regardless of the distance of the flights. Ethiopian Airlines is the best airlines.
