My time at @AnthemHouseApts and with @Bozzuto has been completely ridiculous. My apt has flooded 3-4 times due to an issue that was already known by management . One flood causes 5k in damages to my personal items including electronics , laptops , shoes and clothes. That happened

In May 2025 . It is now November 2025 and AGAIN the same area has flooded AGAIN ruining more of my personal items. The floors underneath the carpet are starting to mold from the flooding and drying over and over . I have pets and it’s not even safe for them to go near that area.

Refund for something that was stolen from me . I am so pissed right now . I even showed them proof of two separate serial numbers . The box for the glasses that were stolen and from the ones that were physically purchased today. And they still told me they were not going to help
