After 9 months of supporting the @RRVCP_MAFS_SL PMU, I’m proud to see project management effectiveness rise from 23% to 64%. Strengthening routines, communication, data use, and leadership positions the PMU to confidently manage future agriculture projects from MAFS and donors.
After 9 months on the @isdb_group Regional Rice Value Chain Project,I’ve built the PMU comms team’s capacity on asset production& reporting using IsDB guidelines. As I wrap up,I’m confident they’ll keep applying the skills&knowledge gained. #FeedSalone@LLF_fund#WeWillFeedSalone
