@wiltabin @Meta @Kyler_xyber Thank you, I am going to check them out because this is beyond discouraging and flat out frustrating. All over an integration that they set up with Eventbrite. It's THEIR integration why am I being punished for something they set up with a partnering company? It's not right.

@Meta I have been waiting for over a month on an ad account review. The support team is of no help as they keep telling me I will hear back within 24-48 hours. Today one of your support staff told me my review has been rejected only to tell me that they had no confirmation of this. They also told me there was nobody that my case could be escalated to. All of this via emails and chat with no actual person to talk to. For an app and company that claims to be a leader this is some of the worst customer service I have received and it is beyond frustrating that I wait over a month only for customer support to give me false information and tell me that they only did it to not give me false expectations when that's exactly what they just did. Someone PLEASE help. That's all I have been asking for.

@Unsolved this whole show is a shadow of what it was. Poor Robert is probably upset. Hour long episodes dedicated to one crime and not only that, most of them cold cases. Ok fine throw in some cold cases but what happened to the known criminals who we could help catch? And 15 minutes per crime is enough time. The cow mutilation episode when there are only 4 in this volume, cmon man. I keep hanging on thinking someone will figure it out but nope, more disappointment . I turned it off because what are we doing?
