This is what you will likely get when you subscribe to @MTNNG fiber X, in addition to really poor customer service. Was kept on the line for 12 mins before I was connected to an agent. Not worth it in my opinion. I’m paying for 50Mbps by the way.

I have decided to report the matter to @fccpcnigeria as they seem to be the only one these organizations don’t joke with. If you really don’t want to go through all these avoid @MTNNG fiber X like your life depends on it. Not worth it.

I made payment for a friend for the installation of @MTNNG fiber X since September 2025 and even though they knew they weren’t available in that location, they took payment from me and have refused to process a refund despite multiple visits to their office.

Poor network coverage for the past two months, internet speeds barely reaching the 50Mbps they claim to provide, with constant timeouts and what’s even worse, customer service is non-existent. Then they somehow decided to increase tariff prices. @MTNNG

@MTNNG fiberX is hands down one of the most useless network service out there. If you work remotely and value your job, you shouldn’t really consider them as your main internet service providers. Really terrible service, not worth it.
