@FedEx @FedExHelp @fed_ex_service I was told I had to wait until it billed and to call revenue svcs for a refund. I just called and was told I’m not eligible for one anymore. Whenever I call and ask for a manager I’m told one isn’t available.

@FedEx @FedExHelp @fed_ex_service I am a business and ship solely though ur company. We spend roughly 40k/year. I sent a package fed ex express so that a customer could have their order for an event. It didn’t arrive in time. We paid $124.55.
