@faraz_lhr@Baybaras03 Kp NER is 10 points higher at 65 vs 55 for Sindh. Did you read this wrong ?
In the other chart, kp literacy rate is also going up 53 -> 55 , Sindh is going down 60 -> 58, inline with what youβd expect with a lower NER. None of your conclusions are supported by what you quoted
@rogueonomist thoughts about wind power in Pakistan? the diurnal variation at gharo-jhimpir is fairly small, and would give us clean power at night, cheaper in the long run but higher upfront capital cost. Many small wind farms in sindh recently.. overall potential still vastly under utilized
@lilmisskhawaja if you don't build density, you get an endless number of 10-12 lane highways like jinnah, srinagar, 7th, 9th, expressway, iran ave .... Islamabad is no longer a city but tiny urban islands cut up by highways. we need islamabad to become more like paris, not dubai
@SohailAshrafGor@aliskarchan1@KlasraRauf@CDAthecapital please help with
* garbage everywhere: waterways, markets, outside masajid & schools. poor nullahs look sewers
* signal free corridors are impassable for pedestrians e.g., impossible to walk from f-10 markaz to f-9. 94% of Pakistan doesn't own a car: https://t.co/IZ1ISGksvt
@CDAthecapital@bilalgilani However itβs almost two months since I first started posting this and it still hasnβt been cleaned up. The dogs prevent me from physically going in and cleaning this up. Does @AbsarAlamHaider need to point out everything before cda takes action ?

Please clean; A large trash dump at the end of street 61 in F10/3. This dump is home to many large stray dogs as well as frequented by wild boar @RandhawaAli@CDAthecapital

@AN_Chaudhry99@motasim@AmerSharifOFCL it is incorrect to say that pakistani farmers burn less now. here is the same map for the same week but 2016. indian punjab used to burn way more then and pakistani farmers used to burn way less. we need a policy that tackles everything, cars, construction, farmers, & factories
@_Punjabi_Dude_ farmers are poor and will just look for the most efficient solution. gov should help them use methods better than stubble farming like those discussed here: https://t.co/rQkha0yH2B
@_Punjabi_Dude_ so this is the same map from the same week in 2016, pakistani farmers used to burn less but they burn much more now. indian punjab used to burn way more and burns less now
@_Punjabi_Dude_ i'm not with pakwheels. the map i posted is satellite derived fires by NASA (also not associated with pakwheels): https://t.co/mNzmenVDRf
farmers have started burning stubble on a large scale. you can play around with this map, change the dates etc.
