Most people hear crypto and think speculation.

But what if it actually funded something real?

I’ve been digging into @EcofundingInv, a Brazilian ReFi project trying to bring land and carbon assets on-chain and it’s a different angle from the usual noise.

The idea is simple, but powerful

→ Tokenize real land (EcoLand)

→ Capture and verify carbon (EcoCarbon)

→ Put both on-chain for transparency + access

Instead of betting on tokens with no backing, this model ties value to real world land, environmental regeneration
and measurable carbon impact.

What stood out to me is how they structure it, it’s not just “buy token, hope it pumps.”

They’re building a system where land becomes a digital asset, carbon becomes trackable and tradable and participation happens through a DAO layer

The good news is they’re still early.
There are still in genesis phase, testing, validating, building.

No fake promises of guaranteed returns.
Just a concept that could bridge capital with real environmental impact if executed properly.

ReFi + RWA is one of the most interesting narratives in Web3 right now but very few projects are actually trying to connect it to something tangible.

Ecofunding is one of the few attempting that.

Still early, still unproven, but definitely worth watching.
