@nha It’s amazing how you guys penalize hard worker for small errors. Today my aunt went to do her exam, after being asked questions she exited to start her exam not knowing the procedure. Now she’s being asked to pay another 155.00?Really? She was unable to do her exam today.

@daddyyynel @LaserShip I’ve had 5 orders suddenly lost after I made a report about their false delivery status. Just when I thought I was done, I realized one more package I was Expecting was never delivered, but was logged as delivered on Friday. At this point I just think they’re stealing

@AmazonHelp My orders are always lost w/ @LaserShip. I don’t care at this point if I got it a day late. Be honest, don’t post that it’s delivered at front porch when it wasn’t and later claim it’s lost. How is amazon gonna help us customers going through this??? #BBB has several complaints

I need @amazon to make an investigation or remove @LaserShip as delivery. Those people are frauds and thieves. They are always saying the delivery was made and when a report is made it is suddenly lost. 5 times @LaserShip has done this to me. #FedUp!

@AmazonHelp I did. One customer rep at @LaserShip hung up on me when I asked to speak to management. I then called and spoke to another rep who asked me to reach out to @Amazon for a refund. Why am I paying for 2 days shipping to receive my stuff a week later or days past the day I needed

@BBBTriCounties needs to investigate @LaserShip. So many complaints on fraudulent delivery reports. Our packages are being stolen. @amazon needs to get those people out. Vendors need to stop hiring them to do deliveries. This is the 5th time my package is suddenly lost

@LaserShip has to be the worse. My packages are either lost/delivered to the wrong address /they post that it’s been delivered and drop it off the next 2 days. If I’m going to pay @amazon for a specific day, why am I not getting my packages on that day. 2nd time this week!!!!!!
