Locked in from all sides,

Crying with no one to hear,

Starved from food and water,

And facing brutal collective punishment.

But guess what?

The Hell awaiting their oppressors will be very similar.

They condemned the occupied as terrorists and labelled their plight as anti-Semitic. They retorted how Israel deserved the right to defend itself to sanitise its ethnic cleansing again and again.

Our children will look back at history - and ask us how did we allow it to happen? The same way we ask ourselves today how we allowed the Holocaust to happen.
