Thistles have arrived. We need to notice where we put our feet so we don’t get hurt.. Like the thistle, our critical voice takes over our thoughts and hurts us. The more we can become aware and notice this voice the more we ease the pain #notice#understand#reflect#connect
A #peacevase was buried in the deer park where I walk. A Peace Vase is a sealed container filled with all kinds of substances and blessed by those who have made them, with the sincere wish to benefit all beings. #gratitude
Things can feel overwhelming at this time of year - try to make space to pause even if it’s just for a few minutes in the day… wrap up, go outside, place your feet firmly on the ground, look up at the sky and breathe, feel the tingle of cold … you will get through this #reset
Walking as the sun rises, being present at the start of a new day can lift mood ..one of the joys of the shorter days is that the sun rises later so it’s more possible to be part of this special time of day.. #outdoortherapy#ecotherapy#winter#sunrise#hope#optimism#connected
Storm clouds are coming
Noticing the signs enables us to decide to stay outside or indoors
The important thing is recognising the choices - we don’t always have to battle on
It’s okay to acknowledge how we are feeling and explore what would make things a bit easier…
