@allie__voss The other thing I would say is that your spouse is the one person who always deserves the benefit of the doubt. If their statement can be construed as poorly worded OR just plain mean, I try to receive it as poorly worded. I'm not as good at as I'd like, but I try.
@redheadranting Not a meme, but my kids and I played a game called Paladins together. One of the characters had a skin named Ameri-Khan. One clip per post:
My favorite podcast, with another great discussion. Also, @JamesRHarrigan is a lot of fun to follow here, when he has thoughts.

@Tim_The_Sandman I mean . . . I remember when @Microsoft bundled a virus with one of their service packs in the late '90s. And they actually (might) care about their product.
What could go wrong?
My favorite podcast, talking about why Juneteenth is one of the greatest American holidays. Plus, @JamesRHarrigan makes some good points here on X.

It's TIME!! #FridayWins!! NO WIN TOO SMALL!!! I want to hear from YOU - especially if you've never posted before, what's something little you've done this week?!
- I got to talk with @IshDtax!! (He put up with the coughing and everything!)
- I've managed to stay on top of my emails this week - mostly. Sort of. Kind of. Well, they're all opened.
- I've had wonderful snuggles with dog while I've been home!
Ant and James change things up a bit this week by talking about a great idea from Bernie Sanders. Most of that is true. Ant and James do, in fact, talk about an idea Bernie Sanders has.

@DrDebraSoh I agree. It seems like society is encouraging the pursuit of pleasure in all things, to the exclusion of acknowledging consequences of those pursuits. Then when you are forced to acknowledge the consequences, people are so used to pleasure that discomfort feels like pain.
@libbyemmons I have a friend who worked with immigrants to Minnesota, and one of the challenges they faced was that the computers/tablets their kids received for school were not cared for. The devices would get broken, then the families were confused why they had to pay for them.
