"Bro, this isn't 2008 cause like people didn't sign up for subprime mortgages and stuff"

@captive_dreamer The girlfriend who is herself a foreign influence operative is accusing others of being involved in a foreign influence operation? That's rich.
@ADRoblesMedia It is a day of rest, brother. Training is not rest. Train hard on Saturday and recover on Sunday (coming from a Lord's Day observer with a max DL of 465).
@StealthQE4 This is not what is required. It's what people are actually putting down. Gen Z'ers can put down 3.5% with an FHA loan if they want to. That would likely be $10-14k.
@StealthQE4 Ramsey's assumptions are VERY conservative. Move to a more realistic (but still somewhat conservative) 33% of take home income and a 30-year mortgage and the $120k salary is buying you a $300k home with 10% down. Put 20% down and you're pushing $365k.
@BankerWeimar@BankerWeimar, a beautiful woman wanting to pursue a law career and move to DC is NOT far right. It's more of the same of what got us here.
@archeofuturist This is one of our family's favorites.
Look up: The dialogue between Rabadash and his father. Shasta's encounter with Aslan. The hermit's conversation with Bree.
Try listening to the Focus on the Family radio theater version. I think it will change your mind.
