A little of everything. Writer, coder, 3d artist (in that order), and I keep finding myself in PR roles. Been writing a galaxypunk TTRPG for the past 6 years.
@cherubiim_ If I'm stupid enough to be eating blush I probably have all of the new and exciting ones already so I'm just spreading the joyful Christmas cheer around to anyone that wants to eat after me.
@thegamehers Posting here to alert you that I was just subscribed to your newsletter by, most likely, a bot - seeing as prior to this I had never heard of The GameHERs. It might be something you ought to look into, as I find it unlikely I'm the only one.
@ziziplus3 ttrpgs with all-new players are a very different game from playing it with players with any experience. They'll get the hang of it quickly, but until then, keep on your toes. New players are good at throwing curveballs without meaning to (or understanding that they're doing it).
@FlorouPhaedra @Stars_r_Right More recently I've found myself leaning more in favor of open quest design, such that the "main quest" is simply a goal that the players have to discern some method of reaching, and the side quests are an interwoven net of stories with blurred edges, bringing the players closer.
@FlorouPhaedra 1. My first was actually my own. Started out as a GM-does-the-rolls forum RPG and has been gradually morphing to be ttrpg-only over the past six years
2. Played about six months of DnD
3. Played a couple months of Dungeon World
Would dearly love to play Vampire. Have the book! :)
