@Eskom_SA Communities are being treated as if their lives and safety are optional. Fix the power and start acting like an organization that understands the impact of its negligence.
@Eskom_SA Families in Amersfoort have been sitting without power for four days, and some stretch for two weeks at a time. Your staff’s casual “we know and we’ll get to it” responses are an insult to people who are living in the dark, losing food they can’t afford to replace.

This isn’t a delay — it’s a pattern of stalling and avoidance. No customer should have to fight this hard just to get what they paid for or to get their own money back. Fix this now!!!!!!!
@Anele@Makro_SA @Makro_S You don’t get to take payment, fail to deliver, ignore the customer, and then act confused about next steps. Your behavior in my case has been deceptive from start to finish. You keep asking for the same information, promising ‘escalations,’ and offering empty apologies.
@Anele@Makro_SA@Makro_SA let’s be very clear: this is not ‘waiting for feedback.’ You know exactly who handles refunds, and they are reachable. Pretending otherwise is a deliberate stall. You’ve held my money since December without delivering the product — that is fraudulent conduct!
@Anele@Makro_SA I paid Makro in December for an item that was never delivered. For over two months, I’ve been pushed from one excuse to another with zero accountability. I’ve called, emailed, DM’d — and still no refund, no resolution, just stalling and recycled apologies.
@Makro_SA what does a customer have to do to get an order fulfilled? it’s been almost two months and your call center is unresponsive and unable to provide any real update. @MakroSA I need an escalation channel that actually works — this is beyond unacceptable!!!
