@PlanetIceUK never had so much trouble trying to buy a ticket. My friend couldn't get registered, website kept shutting, when i did it, wouldn't accept my login. Finally done it and only have payment receipt..no tickets!!! No one answering phone. Don't you want to sell tickets??

@virginmedia Thank you for your prompt replies. Appreciated. After speaking to his manager and my husband proving the websites offers, they finally agreed to honour the website. Not great starting. If doesn't get fitted without further issues on 6 the march, will be going back to sky, sorry.

Not going well so far. Website allowed husband to select a date, and to pay extra for installation times to be within certain hours. Email came through with totally different date and need to be in all day to wait. Shame on you virgin media...so far so bad

@virginmedia £30 extra it stated he could have it installed between certain hours. It also states free installation,virgin tried to charge us £40 after we applied. When he called he was told that's not free ...he re applied on the website while on the phone to the advisor, yes says free. 🤔
